Terms and Conditions:

Bal PMU Ltd requires a non-refundable booking fee at the time of making the booking to secure the appointment. Please be advised that Bal PMU requires 3 working days notice to reschedule the appointment, or the non-refundable booking fee will be retained; and another booking fee will be required to secure a new appointment.

Further appointments for the booked treatment can be rescheduled on 2 occasions, should you reschedule on a third occasion then Bal PMU Ltd reserves the right to retain this deposit and a new deposit will need to be made.

If you cancel your appointment outside the 3 day working period, the booking fee is refundable. If you fail to attend your appointment, then 50% of the treatment cost will need to be paid to Bal PMU Ltd. The second application appointment (which is included in the treatment price) must be taken within 1-3 months of your first appointment, or an extra charge may occur. You can only reschedule your second appointment once, or you will lose the appointment.

Prices are subject to change. Payment is accepted by cash, debit, credit cards and bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted. Refunds will not be given prior and post treatment.
